Alan Mortensen and Lance Milne present at Trial Lawyers University

On March 17, 2022, Alan Mortensen and Lance Milne presented at the Trial Lawyers University on “Window Blind Strangulation - $25 Million Wrongful Death Verdict + Punitive Damages” at the Utah Association for Justice Plaintiff’s Exchange on their $25,000,000 Wrongful Death Verdict in Salt Lake County. 

In February of 2022, Mr. Milne and Mr. Mortensen presented at the Utah Association for Justice Plaintiff’s Exchange on this verdict also.
